Career development within a reputable and growing construction company **Job Description:** We are looking for a **highly skilled and experienced Architect Engineer** to join our team in **Qatar**. The ideal candidate will have a **minimum of 5 years of experience** in architectural design, technical coordination, and project execution — preferably within **villa or high\-end residential projects**. Candidates with **UPDA certification** are strongly preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural and technical drawings. * Ensure design intent is accurately implemented throughout all project stages. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and site issues. * Review materials, finishes, and construction details to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Conduct design and technical assessments in line with Qatar construction codes and standards. * Support site teams with design clarifications, shop drawing reviews, and quality control checks. * Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure smooth project delivery. * Assist in preparing progress and compliance reports as required. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree** in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. * **UPDA Certification** (mandatory). * Minimum **5 years of experience** in architectural and technical coordination roles in **Qatar**, preferably in **villa or residential projects**. * Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and coordination software. * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and coordination skills. * **Valid Qatar Driving License** (preferred). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work on prestigious and design\-focused residential projects. * Career development within a reputable and growing construction company.
