Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman experienced in fit-out projects to prepare accurate technical and shop drawings, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Highlights: 1. Prepare and update accurate CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects. 2. Coordinate with design and project teams to verify technical details. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong knowledge of fit-out detailing. OVERVIEW: We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Draftsman with experience in fit\-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical and shop drawings that support project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between the design, production, and site teams. Responsibilities: * Prepare and update CAD drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and detailed joinery drawings for interior fit\-out projects. * Convert design concepts, sketches, and markups into accurate technical drawings. * Coordinate with designers, project teams, and site teams to verify technical details, dimensions, and project requirements. * Ensure all drawings comply with company CAD standards, templates, and drafting procedures. * Maintain organized drawing files, revision logs, and project documentation, ensuring the latest revisions are issued to the relevant teams. * Prepare complete drawing packages for tender, production, and construction documentation. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Draftsman in the fit\-out or construction industry. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting/design software * Strong knowledge of interior fit\-out detailing, joinery, materials, and construction methods * Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, production\-ready drawings * Familiarity with site coordination and construction documentation * Good communication and teamwork skills * GCC experience, preferably in Qatar, is an advantage Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
