**Job Summary** We are urgently hiring an experienced professional to handle estimation and operations for advertising projects related to **signages, branding, acrylic works, vinyl, and digital printing**. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising production and installation activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for fit\-out projects. * Review architectural and interior fit\-out drawings, specifications, and scope of work. * Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting, and finishes. * Conduct quantity take\-offs and material calculations accurately. * Prepare variation orders and additional work estimates. * Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for cost and execution planning. * Plan and supervise day\-to\-day fit\-out site activities. * Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and work schedules. * Ensure fit\-out works are executed as per approved drawings and project timelines. * Monitor material delivery, usage, and site stock control. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution. * Attend site meetings and provide regular progress and cost updates. * Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are followed on site. * Handle site measurements, snag lists, and project handover activities. * Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records. **Requirements** * Experience in signage, branding, and advertising industry (minimum 2–4 years). * Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, LED components, CNC/laser cutting, and fabrication techniques. * Excellent analytical and numerical skills. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and familiar with estimation tools/software. * Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
