Job Description * Reporting to the pastry chef to train and supervise the pastry team for high performance. * Design seasonal, innovative pastry menus for all dining outlets and events. * Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items. * Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in storage and handling. * Conduct regular quality checks across pastry production. * Manage budget and control food costs efficiently. * Oversee inventory, ordering, and procurement of ingredients and tools. * Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional pastry experiences. * Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Qualifications * Expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work and bakery production, with at least 2\-3 years in a supervisory role. * Excellent attention to detail and creativity. * Efficient, organized, and financially savvy. * Knowledgeable in food safety and quality standards with required HACCP certifications. * Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
