Summary: This role involves managing and maintaining physical security systems, including configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and vendor relations, ensuring security and operational excellence. Highlights: 1. Manage and operate physical security system components 2. Plan and implement system upgrades for enhanced functionality 3. Administer security aspects and manage user accounts \- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. \- 6\+ years of overall experience on physical security systems. \- Strong knowledge in the design and maintenance of physical security systems topologies and architecture. \- Certifications on existing MoF physical security technologies are a plus. Key Responsibilities: \- Manage the configuration and operation of system components (Applications, DB, Add\-ons), aligning them with both best vendor practices and security best practices. \- Plan and implement upgrades for the system components as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. \- Monitor systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns. \- Respond to and resolve help desk requests and provide technical support. \- Administer privileged accounts according to MoF security standards and manage user/service accounts. \- Ensure successful system backups and recovery activities in coordination with backup administrators. \- Administer system security aspects according to the MoF security team's instructions. \- Develop and validate statements of work required for annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), spare parts, migrations, and expansions. \- Maintain and document system inventories, licensing, operation logs, and security logs. \- Act as the focal point for system vendors, managing relations and the event escalation matrix.
