Utilize market intelligence to adjust sales strategies effectively. **Key Responsibilities** * **Business Development:** Identify and prospect potential clients, including construction companies, real estate developers, and homeowners, to generate sales for blocks, tiles, and related building materials. * **Project Bidding \& Tendering:** Review architectural drawings, interpret project specifications, and prepare accurate quotations and proposals. * **Client Consultation:** Conduct site visits and in\-showroom consultations to recommend appropriate tile/block varieties, space solutions, and design ideas. * **Deal Closing:** Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment schedules to successfully close contracts and meet established monthly and quarterly sales targets. \[ * **Order \& Delivery Management:** Coordinate with internal logistics, warehousing, and procurement teams to ensure on\-time delivery of materials to construction sites. * **Market Intelligence:** Monitor competitor products, pricing, and ongoing construction projects in Qatar to adjust sales strategies accordingly. **Typical Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, or heavy construction supplies. * **Industry Network:** Strong, existing network of contacts among contractors, consultants, and developers in Qatar. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic ability to read blueprints, estimate material quantities (e.g., measuring areas in sqm/sqft), and understand different block and tile specifications. * **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred * **License:** A valid Qatari Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle are generally mandatory for outdoor sales.
