We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Site Engineer** with a **minimum of 6 years of proven experience in interior fit\-out projects** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on\-site activities, ensuring exceptional quality standards, strict adherence to project specifications, and on\-time handover. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution according to design, quality, and safety standards. * Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate site implementation. * Plan, monitor, and report site progress, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions. * Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all works meet company and client standards. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Manage snag lists, testing, commissioning, and final finishing works to ensure flawless project completion. * Lead and document the handover process, ensuring all close\-out documents, warranties, and as\-built drawings are prepared and submitted. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. * Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and site conditions.
