Summary: Seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate drawings, coordinate with project disciplines, and support the design team throughout all project phases. Highlights: 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, Revit preferred We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Architectural Draftsman** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, coordinating with project disciplines, and supporting the design team throughout all project phases. Key Responsibilities * Prepare architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules. * Develop construction drawings in accordance with project requirements, local regulations, and company standards. * Revise and update drawings based on client comments and design changes. * Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure all drawings are fully coordinated and clash\-free. * Prepare submission drawings and documentation for authority approvals. * Produce detailed shop drawings and as\-built drawings when required. * Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions, take measurements, and collect information required for design and drafting. * Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with applicable codes and standards. * Maintain organized drawing records and project documentation. * Assist the design team in preparing presentation and technical drawings. * Support site teams by responding to drawing\-related technical queries and updating drawings as required. Requirements * Minimum **8–10 years** of experience as an Architectural Draftsman, preferably in consultancy. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). * Experience with **Revit** is highly preferred. * Knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage. * Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials. * Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
