Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented and detail\-oriented Architectural Designer to join our consultancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for developing high\-quality design concepts, reviewing project submissions, and ensuring all designs meet client requirements as well as local codes and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Develop and review architectural design concepts and presentations. \- Prepare and check detailed drawings (plans, sections, elevations). \- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions. \- Review contractor/shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications. \- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, authority requirements, and international standards. \- Provide technical support during design and construction phases. \- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. \- Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and design changes. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. \- 2–5 years of experience, preferably within a consultancy firm. \- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools. \- Good knowledge of local regulations and authority approval processes. \- Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing. \- Excellent communication and coordination skills. \- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Interested candidates may send their CV to** **(kh.ibrahim@novare\-design.com / \+97430200048 )** Work Location: In person
