




Summary: This role involves assisting in the preparation and production of a variety of high-quality baked goods, maintaining bakery cleanliness, and collaborating with a team to achieve production goals. Highlights: 1. Assist in preparing a wide variety of high-quality baked goods. 2. Maintain cleanliness and organization adhering to health and safety regulations. 3. Contribute to developing new and creative luxury baked goods. * Assist in the preparation and production of a wide variety of baked goods including bread, preparing Dough, pastries, sweets and other baked items. * Ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to health and safety regulations. * Assist in inventory management and ensure stock is always fresh and of high quality. * Help with setting up and breaking down bakery equipment. * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines. * Contribute to the development of new and creative baked goods, ensuring they align with the hotel’s luxury standards. * Provide excellent attention to detail and maintain consistency in all bakery offerings. * Continuously improve culinary skills and learn from experienced team members.
