Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors and project teams. **DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT** is looking for **Civil Supervisor** in **Doha\-Qatar** **Job Purpose:** Supervise civil construction and maintenance activities for brownfield Oil \& Gas and LNG projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise civil works including concrete, structural, excavation, and maintenance activities. * Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors and project teams. * Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client requirements. * Monitor work progress, manpower, and productivity. * Report site issues and support timely project execution. **Requirements** * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * 5\+ years’ experience in Oil \& Gas or LNG brownfield projects. * QE\-LNG project experience preferred. * Good knowledge of site supervision and construction practices.
