Summary: We are seeking experienced Estimating & Costing Engineers to join our Commercial & Estimation team, responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and supporting tender submissions. Highlights: 1. Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs 2. Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates 3. Identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities Estimating \& Costing Engineers (3 Positions) **Location:** Doha, Qatar We are looking for experienced **Estimating \& Costing Engineers** to join our Commercial \& Estimation team in Doha. We are hiring for: * **Estimating \& Costing Engineer – Civil \& Infrastructure Works** * **Estimating \& Costing Engineer – MEP Works** * **Estimating \& Costing Engineer – Soft \& Hard Landscaping Works** Key Responsibilities * Review tender drawings, specifications and BOQs. * Prepare quantity take\-offs and detailed cost estimates. * Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. * Prepare competitive tender pricing and cost breakdowns. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement and commercial teams. * Identify risks, exclusions and value engineering opportunities. * Support tender submissions and post\-tender clarifications. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or Quantity Surveying. * **Civil \& Infrastructure:** 5–8 years' estimating experience. * **MEP:** 5–8 years' estimating experience. * **Landscaping:** 4–7 years' estimating experience. * Strong knowledge of quantity take\-offs, BOQs and cost estimation. * Proficiency in CostX, Candy, Bluebeam and Advanced Excel is preferred. * Experience in GCC/Qatar projects is an advantage. Local Hire Only Pay: QAR6,500\.00 \- QAR13,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
