Opportunity to work independently and as part of a team **Quantity Surveyor (QS) – 1 Year Experience** **Zindar Trading and Contracting** is seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Quantity Surveyor** with a minimum of **1 year of experience** in the construction industry to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and evaluation of BOQs (Bills of Quantities). * Quantity take\-offs from drawings and project documents. * Preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and variation claims. * Monitoring project costs and assisting with budget control. * Coordination with project teams, suppliers, and consultants. * Preparation of payment applications and project documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction projects. * Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software. * Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
