Summary: The Modular Cabin Sales Engineer generates sales, prepares proposals, and develops relationships for modular cabins and prefabricated structures, combining technical knowledge with sales skills. Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business The Modular Cabin Sales Engineer is responsible for generating sales opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and developing business relationships for modular cabins, portable buildings, site offices, labor accommodations, storage containers, and prefabricated structures. The role combines technical knowledge with sales and negotiation skills to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities for modular cabins and prefabricated building solutions. * Meet contractors, consultants, developers, industrial clients, and government entities to promote company products. * Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements. * Prepare technical specifications, layouts, and commercial quotations. * Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure feasibility of customer requirements. * Follow up on quotations, tenders, and client approvals. * Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in modular cabins, portable buildings, prefabricated structures, construction materials, or related technical sales. * Strong understanding of modular construction systems and site accommodation solutions. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Preferred Skills * Knowledge of modular cabin manufacturing and installation processes. * Tender preparation and contract negotiation experience. * Strong customer relationship management skills. * Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Pay: QAR7,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
