Perform risk assessments and monitor the use of appropriate PPE. * **Site Inspections:** Review ground conditions, assess structural integrity, and sign off on scaffolds before use. * **Resource Planning:** Coordinate with project managers and HSE officers to optimize manpower and organize materials. * **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inventory, daily operations, and incident reports.
