Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality and professionalism We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Tailor** with proven luxury hotel experience to manage all uniform tailoring, alterations, and garment maintenance operations. The successful candidate will ensure a perfect fit, premium presentation, and consistency across all staff uniforms while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality, grooming, and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** Perform alterations, tailoring, and repairs of staff uniforms and hospitality garments in line with luxury brand standards Ensure accurate measurements and perfect fitting for all uniforms across departments Maintain consistency, precision, and high\-quality workmanship in all tailoring tasks Repair damaged uniforms promptly while maintaining premium finish and durability Manage tailoring supplies including fabrics, threads, buttons, and sewing materials Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of tailoring tools and workstation Coordinate with HR, housekeeping, and uniform departments for daily uniform requirements Support uniform issuance, fitting sessions, and replacements as required Ensure all garments reflect the luxury image and presentation standards of the property Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times **Qualifications \& Experience** Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Tailor in luxury hotels or 5\-star hospitality environment GCC experience is required Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching, fitting, and alterations techniques Experience working with a variety of fabrics and uniform styles Good communication skills in English (required) High attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Professional attitude aligned with luxury hospitality standards Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Tailor in luxury environment: 3 years (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
