Minimum 10 years’ experience required within Qatar. Requirements: 1\. Minimum 10 years’ experience within Qatar in technical office operations and cost control for construction companies. 2\. Strong expertise in accurate quantity surveying, pricing, and drawing review. 3\. Ability to monitor and track actual project costs and analyze items and quantities. 4\. Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural, structural, and electromechanical drawings. 5\. Experience in preparing and reviewing technical and cost-related schedules, lists, and reports. 6\. Strong leadership skills in analysis, organization, supervision, and decision-making. 7\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and AutoCAD; familiarity with related engineering software is preferred. 8\. Prior hands-on experience in villa projects within Qatar is preferred. 9\. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
