Summary: This role involves technical procurement, focusing on sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating materials for construction, joinery, and fit-out projects while managing supplier relationships. Supplier negotiation and performance monitoring * 3\+ years of experience in technical procurement, preferably in construction, joinery, or fit\-out projects. * Source and purchase materials, hardware, tools, equipment, and technical items according to project requirements. * Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and material requirements. * Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and coordinate with suppliers. * Prepare Purchase Orders, RFQs, and procurement reports. * Coordinate with engineering, project, production, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery. * Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and documentation. * Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation. * Strong knowledge of construction, joinery, and fit\-out materials is preferred. * Good communication, negotiation, organizational, and MS Office skills.
