We are looking for a **skilled and experienced Civil Engineer** with strong experience in **fit\-out and building maintenance**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily **maintenance activities** (preventive and corrective) * Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance technicians * Prepare and track **work orders** using CMMS systems * Coordinate with **vendors and contractors** for repairs and servicing * Ensure availability of **spare parts and materials** * Assist in planning **preventive maintenance schedules** * Handle **emergency maintenance** requests promptly * Ensure compliance with **safety standards** and company policies * Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and costs * Perform inspections and support **civil defense compliance** * Work closely on **MEP, facility management, and commercial building projects** **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field * **3–5 years of experience** in similar role * Experience in **fit\-out and building maintenance** * Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word) * Strong coordination and organizational skills * Knowledge of **facility management and MEP systems** * Valid **driving license is mandatory** **Preferred Skills** * Experience in **commercial buildings** * Knowledge of **inspection, carpentry, and civil defense standards** **How to Apply** Send your CV via WhatsApp to: **71388442** Work Location: In person
