Opportunity to work independently and as part of a team To perform masonry works including tile fixing, block work, plastering, and repair activities for buildings and facilities. Ensure all maintenance tasks a re completed to high quality standards and in compliance with safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Perform all types of tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite tiles. * Carry out tile cutting, shaping, leveling, and grouting with precision. * Conduct maintenance and repair works for damaged or loose tiles in various facilities. * Execute masonry works such as block laying, plastering, patching, and surface preparation. * Inspect work areas to determine required materials, measurements, and repair needs. * Mix and apply mortar, adhesives, sealants, and grouts as per project requirements. * Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of installed tiles. * Perform routine maintenance and emergency repair tasks as assigned by the supervisor. * Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area. * Provide support to other maintenance team members when needed. Requirements: * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mason/Tiles Fixer in maintenance or facility management. * Good knowledge of tile installation tools, adhesives, grouting materials, and cutting machines. * Ability to read drawings, measurements, and material specifications. * Strong attention to detail and finishing quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. * Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid Qatari ID and transferable visa preferred.
