




Summary: Seeking a Property Admin for the Real Estate Department, responsible for property management, tenant handling, contracts, and maintenance. Highlights: 1. Manage property and tenant relations, including contracts and maintenance. 2. Conduct property inspections and liaise with facilities management. 3. Oversee lease renewals and communicate with tenants on all issues. We are looking for the property **Admin** for our " Real Estate " Department ideal candidate must have work experience in the property management and handling the tenants, contracts and maintenance. We are preferring male candidate with Qatar driving license * Liaise with respective department/ team in preparing and displaying layouts of Emergency evacuation plans, newsletters other relevant announcements in the designated areas. follow up on reimbursement activities, process non\-renewal, termination, and expiration of leases etc. * Work closely with the collection team while conducting onsite follow up for pending works, bounce checks etc. with tenants. * Conduct property inspection for designated commercial and residential properties before hand over (both move\-in and move\-out). Obtain Lessee acknowledgement of the inspection checklist along with handing over the keys of the unit. * Ensure where applicable the transfer of Kahramaa meters to Waseef (move\-out) or to tenant (move\-in) prior to taking of keys or handing over of keys (move\-in/move\-out). * Perform regular inspection of waste management, cleaning of interior and exterior public/ common areas, fire exits, fire alarms and fire\-fighting system etc. * Conduct inspection and prepare premises condition report for the units (residential, commercial and labour) with tenants during move\-in/ move\-out and share with Property In\-charge/ Property Manager. Follow up with the concerned FM team regularly until any issue is resolved. * Provide induction to new tenant about Tenant manual, emergency contacts, , insurance requirements rent collection procedures, maintenance request procedure, * Liase with facility management supervisor / team to ensure upkeep of units after departure of tenants. Update the status of units after completion of maintenance. * Attend to any emergency as per request from the site management. * Follow up on lease renewal with tenants who have expired lease agreements or who have lease agreements that are about to expire (3\-months' notice). * Communicate with tenants on all issues related to the leased units in order to resolve them promptly.
