Role Overview The **Logistics Software Coordinator** will be responsible for managing and supporting logistics software platforms, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. This role requires technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to bridge logistics operations with IT systems. Key Responsibilities * Administer and maintain logistics management software (TMS, WMS, ERP). * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for logistics applications. * Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate data entry and system usage. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. * Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for software updates and integrations. * Train staff on logistics software tools and best practices. * Generate reports and dashboards to support decision\-making. * Ensure compliance with company standards and Qatari regulations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in logistics software coordination or IT support. * Strong knowledge of logistics platforms (TMS, WMS, ERP systems). * Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
