Opportunities for professional development and career advancement **Job Title:** Systems Analyst **Location:** Doha, Qatar (West Bay) **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Annual Salary:** QAR 240,000 About the Role We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to evaluate, design, and improve business and information systems. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and management to identify business requirements, optimize processes, and implement technology solutions that support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify opportunities for improvement. * Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements from stakeholders. * Develop system specifications, workflows, and process documentation. * Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams throughout the system development lifecycle. * Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities. * Investigate system issues and recommend effective solutions. * Support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise applications. * Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation. * Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. * Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. * Strong understanding of business process analysis and systems design. * Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. * Knowledge of databases, software development lifecycles, and system integration concepts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications. * Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI\-PBA, or equivalent are advantageous. * Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. * Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
