Requires investment-related experience and strong attention to detail We are seeking an **Entry\-Level Bookkeeper** to join one of Sharaka Holdings’ subsidiaries. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, processing invoices and payments, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The candidate will also assist in basic reporting and administrative finance tasks to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations within the subsidiary. * Record daily financial transactions, including supplier invoices, receipts, and related party expenses (e.g., administrative costs and head office allocations) * Assist in processing payments and online credit card transactions * Support bank and credit card reconciliations * Post daily receipts and supplier invoices accurately into the accounting system * Assist in maintaining proper filing and documentation of financial records * Monitor daily bank transactions and ensure accurate recording * Assist in supplier account reconciliations * Prepare basic reports and support tasks such as withholding tax forms, where applicable * Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles (entry\-level acceptable) * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn * **Investment\-related experience is a must (Basic handling or exposure to investment transactions, interest income, or related financial records)** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
