You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and upholding the brand’s high standards of quality and service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve high\-quality coffee, and specialty drinks. * Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness of the bar area. * Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with guests. * Support the bakery team with smooth daily operations. * Contribute to a positive team environment. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in specialty coffee or premium cafés. * Skilled in espresso preparation, brewing methods, and latte art. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
