The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, achieve financial targets, and maintain operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee all branch operations * Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals * Develop and implement sales and business strategies * Monitor branch financial performance (revenue, expenses, profitability) * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality * Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations * Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts * Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operations * Build relationships with clients and the local community **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Financial and business acumen * Ability to make strategic decisions **Key Skills:** * Leadership and team development * Sales and target management * Problem\-solving and decision\-making * Time management and organization * Customer relationship management **Working Conditions:** * Full\-time role Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
