The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless platform operations, support continuous improvements, and deliver an excellent user experience. **Responsibilities** * Oversee the daily operations and performance of digital platforms. * Monitor platform availability and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams. * Support the implementation of system enhancements and operational improvements. * Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to ensure efficient platform operations. * Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports. * Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation. * Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and operational requirements. * Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in digital platform operations, IT operations, or a similar role is an advantage. * Knowledge of digital platforms, operational processes, and performance monitoring. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business or operational tools.
