Collaborative and innovative work environment **Job Summary** DigiHub Pixel Solutions is seeking a technically skilled and customer\-focused ERP Support Specialist to provide application support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist users with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms and business applications. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving technical problems, supporting business users, and working with software systems that help organizations manage operations efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining ERP system performance, supporting end users, and ensuring a positive support experience. We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented individual with strong analytical abilities, technical troubleshooting skills, and a passion for technology and customer service. **What You'll Do** * Provide first and second\-level support for ERP systems and business applications * Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot ERP\-related issues * Log, track, and manage support tickets through resolution * Assist users with system navigation, reporting, and application functionality * Investigate software errors and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams * Perform system testing and validation for updates and enhancements * Monitor ERP performance and identify opportunities for process improvement * Create and maintain user guides, support documentation, and knowledge base articles * Support user onboarding, training sessions, and system adoption initiatives * Maintain accurate records of support activities and issue resolutions * Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to address system requirements * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP operations and support services **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience in ERP support, application support, IT support, help desk, technical support, or business systems support * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Experience supporting ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar systems is an advantage * Ability to analyze business processes and system\-related issues * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel * Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or support tools preferred * Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred **Why Work With Us** At DigiHub Pixel Solutions, we believe technology is a powerful tool for business growth and operational success.
