The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner. * Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently. * Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. * Coordinate with restaurant and bar staff to optimize seating and guest flow. * Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with reservations. * Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area. * Monitor table availability and communicate effectively with service staff. * Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. * Ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits. * Friendly and dynamic work environment. * Career growth and development opportunities.
