Assist with onboarding and ensure policy alignment **Job Summary:** We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **HR \- Recruiter** to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have **basic to moderate experience in recruitment**, strong communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting talent. This role is suitable for candidates with limited experience who are eager to grow in the HR field. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, and shortlisting candidates * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates * Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records * Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process * Support onboarding activities and documentation * Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **At least some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition** * Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
