Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE policies, site safety requirements, and project standards. Highlights: 1. Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project/site 2. Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions 3. Coordinate with project management and client representatives on HSE matters **Job Summary** We are looking for a qualified and experienced **HSE Officer** for a **temporary/project\-based requirement**. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE policies, site safety requirements, and applicable client/project standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project/site. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Ensure compliance with PTW, risk assessment, and safe work procedures. * Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to HSE requirements. * Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE inductions. * Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports. * Maintain HSE documentation, records, and inspection reports. * Coordinate with project management and relevant authorities/client representatives on HSE matters. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety requirements. **Mandatory Requirements** * Valid PTW (Permit to Work) \& FTW (Fit to Work) – Mandatory * QE Approval – Mandatory * NEBOSH – Mandatory * IOSH – Mandatory * H2S Certification – Mandatory * First Aid \& CPR Certification – Mandatory * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in construction, industrial, fabrication, or project environments. * Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE requirements and site safety practices. * Good communication and reporting skills.
