Translate business requirements into reusable technical architectures **IBM ACE / ESB Developer** **Role Description** We are seeking an experienced IBM ACE Senior Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and high\-performance enterprise integration flows. You will oversee the complete SDLC, collaborating with architects, business analysts, and cross\-functional teams to drive digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities** Integration Development: Design and build integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ, ESQL, REST APIs, SOAP services, and JSON/XML data formats. Architecture \& Delivery: Translate business requirements into reusable technical architectures that conform to enterprise standards. Testing \& Deployment: Execute unit/integration testing with tools like SOAPUI and Postman; manage CI/CD deployment pipelines across Dev, QA, and Prod environments. Monitoring \& Support: Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to security policies. **Requirements** •Experience: 10\+ years of hands\-on experience in enterprise integration using IBM ACE / IIB and IBM MQ. •Core Technical Skills: ESQL, Shell Scripting, Data Mapping (XML, JSON, ISO8583, DFDL), CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, DevOps), and API Management. •Education: B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (or equivalent). •Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem\-solving, stakeholder communication, and collaborative leadership.
