Summary: This role involves daily visits to hypermarkets and retail outlets to arrange product displays, manage stock, monitor competitors, and maintain strong relationships with store staff. Highlights: 1. Manage product displays and ensure proper shelf placement and visibility. 2. Monitor competitor activities and maintain strong relationships with staff. 3. Opportunity to work independently and manage multiple retail outlets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Visit assigned hypermarkets and retail outlets on a daily basis. * Arrange and maintain product displays according to company standards. * Ensure proper shelf placement, product visibility, and availability. * Implement planograms, promotional displays, and POS materials. * Check stock levels and coordinate with store staff for replenishment. * Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product visibility. * Maintain good relationships with hypermarket staff and management. * Submit daily visit and merchandising reports. * Help to warehouse team in scheduling and arranging Delivery day to day **Requirements:** ✅ Valid **2\-Wheeler Driving License** ✅ **Own Motorcycle/Bike** is mandatory ✅ Previous merchandising experience in **FMCG / Retail / Hypermarkets** preferred ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Willingness to travel daily to different hypermarkets ✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets Application Question(s): * Do you have Own Motorcycle/Bike ? * Do you hold a valid driving license? * What is your current salary ? * What is your notice period, and how soon can you join?
