Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional demeanor.
