About the Role We are seeking a motivated **Indoor Sales Executive** to join our production department in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), highly skilled in Excel, and capable of handling client\-facing responsibilities with professionalism. This role is central to managing quotations, invoices, and production trackers while ensuring smooth communication with walk\-in clients and the production team. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and manage **quotations, invoices, and production documentation**. * Create and maintain **production trackers in Excel** (advanced proficiency required). * Handle **walk\-in clients** and respond to inquiries with professionalism. * Coordinate with the **production team** to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery. * Support sales operations with timely reporting and client relationship management. * Provide **after\-sales support** and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. * Contribute to **process improvements** in sales and production tracking. Requirements * **Language:** English fluency required; Arabic proficiency preferred. * **Residency:** Valid Qatar residency/visa. * **Essentials:** Active bank account; valid driving license preferred. * **Technical Skills:** Expert\-level Excel (pivot tables, formulas, trackers, reporting). * **Personal Attributes:** Strong communication, client\-handling skills, detail\-oriented, organized, and proactive. * Ability to **work independently and as part of a team** in a fast\-paced environment.
