The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out routine, corrective, shutdown, and project commissioning activities for industrial automation systems, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant assets. **Key Responsibilities:*** Perform routine, preventive, corrective, shutdown, and breakdown maintenance on Automation and Safety Instrumented Systems. * Execute commissioning and startup activities for automation projects and system upgrades. * Maintain Safety and Automation Systems (SAS) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. * Conduct toolbox talks before work execution and ensure the availability of required tools and safety equipment. * Complete maintenance activities within scheduled timelines while maintaining quality standards. * Perform Industrial Control System (ICS) computer maintenance, including: + Antivirus updates + Microsoft security patch updates + Operating system configuration + Basic hardware and software troubleshooting * Ensure automation assets comply with industrial cybersecurity requirements. * Support installation, testing, and commissioning of ICS upgrades and new projects. * Comply with Life Saving Rules (PSa\-001\) and all company HSE policies. * Participate in on\-call duty to provide maintenance support outside normal working hours. * Support departmental KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. * Comply with the Integrated Management System covering Occupational Health \& Safety, Quality, Environment, Responsible Care, IFA Product Stewardship, and Energy Management. **Required Technical Skills:****Distributed Control Systems (DCS), ESD \& PLCs:*** Honeywell TDC 3000 * Honeywell Experion PKS * Honeywell FSC \& Safety Manager * Triconex Safety Systems * Siemens S7 PLC * Allen\-Bradley PLC **Turbo Machinery Control \& Protection Systems:*** Bently Nevada Vibration \& Axial Monitoring Systems * CCC Anti\-Surge Control Systems * Triconex ITCC Systems * Jaquet Overspeed Protection Systems * Woodward Electronic Governors * GE Mark VI \& Mark VIe Gas Turbine Control Systems **Qualifications:*** Engineering Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation, or a related discipline (2\-5 years). * Minimum **6 years of relevant hands\-on experience** in the **Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industry.** * Experience with the **SAP Enterprise Asset Maintenance (EAM)** Work Order module is preferred. **Additional Knowledge:*** Computer hardware and software maintenance. * Industrial Control Systems (ICS) troubleshooting. * Industrial networking fundamentals. * Industrial Cyber Security standards and best practices.
