You'll be the face of our café — pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, recommending drinks, and keeping the energy welcoming during both quiet mornings and the lunch rush. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve a full range of espresso\-based and brewed coffee drinks to recipe and quality standards * Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments through the POS system * Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, seating area, and restrooms throughout each shift * Calibrate grinders, dial in espresso, and monitor drink quality consistently * Restock beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and retail items as needed * Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage practices * Work efficiently during peak periods while keeping a calm, friendly demeanor * Educate customers about our menu, sourcing, and brewing methods when they're curious * Open or close the café following standard checklists Preferred Qualifications * 1\+ year as a barista or in specialty coffee * Latte art skills * Familiarity with manual brew methods (pour\-over, AeroPress, French press) * Basic knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and roast profiles Pay: QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
