You will be the face of our café, responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Beverage Preparation:** Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.), teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes. * **Equipment Operation:** Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently. * **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and handle cash/credit card transactions. * **Food Service:** Prepare and serve light food items (pastries, sandwiches, toasties) as needed. * **Cleanliness:** Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; wash dishes, clean equipment, and wipe down counters throughout the shift. * **Inventory:** Assist with stocking supplies, rotating products, and notifying management when stock is low. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate). * Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Basic math skills for handling cash. **Perks:** * Competitive hourly wage \+ tips. * Free drinks and shift meals. * Flexible scheduling.
