Collaborate on new bakery product development **Role Overview** The CDP Bakery will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high\-quality bakery items for a fine dining environment. The role requires creativity, precision, and consistency to meet the restaurant’s standards of excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and bake breads, rolls, pastries, and specialty bakery items. * Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. * Supervise and train junior staff (Commis) in bakery operations. * Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with HACCP. * Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and culinary team to develop new bakery products. * Monitor inventory, requisition supplies, and minimize wastage. * Uphold fine dining standards in all bakery production and service. **Requirements** * Proven experience as CDP Bakery or similar role in fine dining or luxury hospitality. * Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results. * Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Bakery preferred. * Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in international bakery styles (French, Italian, Middle Eastern). * Knowledge of modern plating and presentation Work Location: In person
