Ensure project compliance with QCS and Ministry of Municipality guidelines. **Civil / Architectural Engineer (5\-6 Years Construction Exp.)** **Job Details:** * **Job Type:** Full\-time, Permanent * **Location:** Doha, Qatar (On\-site / Office) * **Schedule:** 8\-hour shift / Day shift * **Salary:** (To be discuss upon interview) **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Technical Design \& BIM Review** * **Review Technical Drawings:** Evaluate architectural concepts, structural blueprints, and shop drawings for construction feasibility. * **Systems Integration:** Resolve design conflicts between structural elements, architectural finishes, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts. * **BIM Coordination:** Utilize **Autodesk Revit** and **AutoCAD** to cross\-verify 3D models and implement design revisions instantly. **2\. Construction Site Supervision \& Coordination** * **Site Execution:** Lead daily engineering operations on\-site, ensuring structural frameworks and architectural finishes meet project milestones. * **Subcontractor Management:** Direct subcontractors, trade foremen, and site surveyors to maintain high productivity and design alignment. * **Interface Management:** Coordinate with clients, lead consultants, and project managers to report progress and clear site roadblocks. **3\. Quality, Safety \& Regulatory Compliance** * **Material Inspections:** Raise and track **Material Inspection Requests (MIRs)** and **Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)**. * **Local Code Compliance:** Ensure all execution complies with **QCS** and **Ministry of Municipality** guidelines. * **Safety Enforcement:** Maintain a zero\-harm site environment by strictly enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols. * **Subcontractor Management:** Direct subcontractors, trade foremen, and site surveyors to maintain high productivity and design alignment. * **Interface Management:** Coordinate with clients, lead consultants, and project managers to report progress and clear site roadblocks. **Required Qualifications \& Skills** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architectural Engineering**. * **Experience:** Must have at least **5 to 6 years of proven experience** in building construction projects, handling both structural concrete and high\-end architectural finishing works. * **Certifications:** **MMUP/UPDA Engineer Registration** (Grade B or C) is highly preferred. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Autodesk Revit (BIM)**, and project tracking tools like **Primavera P6** or **MS Project**. * **Competencies:** Strong problem\-solving skills, deep knowledge of material properties, and clear technical reporting. * **Language:** Preferrably Arabic , written and spoken English.
