Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders **Job Title: Civil Engineer – Fit\-Out \& Facilities Maintenance** **Company: Maintenance and Management Solutions(MMS)** **Location:** Doha, Qatar Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Civil Engineer** with strong expertise in **interior fit\-out, civil maintenance, and facilities management**. The successful candidate will oversee fit\-out projects, maintenance activities, contractor performance, and ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Plan, supervise, and execute civil fit\-out and renovation projects for commercial, residential, and high\-rise buildings. * Manage interior fit\-out works including partitions, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, joinery, doors, windows, and finishing works. * Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of civil and building services. * Conduct site inspections and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities. * Prepare BOQs, scope of work, cost estimates, technical specifications, and tender documents. * Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure timely completion. * Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, local authority regulations, and client standards. * Perform snagging, defect inspections, and handover documentation. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and facility management teams. * Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintenance records. * Support emergency maintenance and structural repair activities when required. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * 5–8 years of experience in civil engineering with **fit\-out and facilities maintenance**. * Experience in commercial, residential, or high\-rise building projects. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction methods. * Experience in refurbishment, renovation, and maintenance projects. * Ability to prepare BOQs, estimates, and technical documentation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of QA/QC standards, HSE regulations, and local building codes. * Excellent communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Valid driving license (preferred). Preferred Qualifications * MMUP/UPDA Engineer Registration (preferred). * PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred). * Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage. * Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project documentation. * Experience managing contractors and multiple work orders in facilities management.
