Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as directed by senior chefs. * Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, and portioning. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. * Follow recipes and food presentation standards. * Ensure proper storage and handling of food products. * Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. * Minimum **1–2 years of experience** as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. * Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. * Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and flexible shifts. * Previous experience in **Qatar or the GCC** is an advantage.
