This role also coordinates schedules, tracks task progress, and ensures creative assets are ready for publication across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate workflow among design, content, digital advertising, and project management teams. * Manage digital campaign execution timelines and monitor adherence to deadlines. * Receive and review creative briefs to verify completeness of requirements. * Assign tasks to relevant teams and track execution progress. * Monitor creative asset reviews and approvals prior to publication. * Ensure advertisements and marketing materials are ready for publication according to scheduled timelines. * Coordinate with media buying teams to guarantee on-time asset delivery. * Update project management tools and continuously monitor task status. * Prepare periodic reports on project progress, timeline adherence, and workflow performance. * Contribute to process improvement and enhance operational efficiency. * Manage work priorities and handle urgent requests without impacting other ongoing projects. * Maintain and organize creative files and assets per established policies. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * Two to four years of experience in operations coordination or traffic management within a media environment, marketing agency, or digital marketing department. * Experience with project management and workflow tools is preferred. Required Skills * Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. * Ability to coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously. * Solid understanding of digital marketing, content production, and advertising campaign processes. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Reporting and KPI analysis skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Operational Responsibilities * Monitor the status of all daily projects and campaigns. * Ensure all approvals are completed before publication. * Coordinate operational meetings and follow up on implementation of decisions. * Continuously update production and publishing schedules. * Resolve scheduling conflicts and reprioritize as needed. * Document project execution phases and maintain operational records. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Percentage of projects delivered on time. * Campaign timeline adherence rate. * Average time to process creative requests. * Number of projects completed without delay. * Post-publication error or revision rate. * Internal team and stakeholder satisfaction level. * Workflow management efficiency and productivity improvement.
