Monitor driver performance and track fuel/expenses for efficiency. **The Role** Icalleg Transport is looking for a highly organized Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage the daily heartbeat of our transport division in Mansoura. You will be the central link between our drivers, the maintenance workshop, and our corporate clients. This is a fast\-paced role requiring a candidate who can maintain a bird’s\-eye view of fleet health while managing the minute\-by\-minute challenges of urban distribution and driver scheduling. **Core Responsibilities** \* **Daily Dispatch \& Scheduling:** Coordinate the deployment of a diverse fleet, ensuring optimal route planning and driver assignments to meet delivery windows across central Doha. * **Maintenance Oversight:** Manage the preventive maintenance calendar for all vehicles, coordinating with workshops to minimize downtime and ensure every asset is road\-ready and compliant. * **Fuel \& Expense Tracking:** Monitor fuel consumption patterns and operational expenses, auditing trip logs and receipts to ensure fiscal efficiency and prevent resource leakage. * **Driver Performance:** Act as the primary point of contact for the driving team, monitoring GPS telematics to ensure safe driving practices and adherence to assigned routes. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain up\-to\-date records for vehicle registrations (Istimara), insurance renewals, and driver licensing, ensuring 100% compliance with Qatar traffic laws. **Requirements** \* Minimum **5–7 years** of experience in fleet operations or logistics coordination within the GCC. * Proficiency in Fleet Management Software (FMS) and advanced Excel for data tracking. * Strong knowledge of Doha’s geography, particularly the high\-traffic zones of Mansoura, Najma, and Al Sadd. * Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real\-time and provide clear direction to a large team of drivers. * Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a significant advantage. **Package \& Benefits** \* Fixed Monthly Salary: **QAR 11,000**. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and **30 days** of annual leave. * Stable career growth within a growing logistics firm. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
