Our Guest Arrival Experts proactively deliver a broad array of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They have the freedom to move around their space and do whatever is needed—whether processing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area—the Guest Arrival Expert ensures transactions feel like part of the experience. Guest Arrival Experts will be standing and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and performing manual tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance).
