Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and ventilation systems **Job Description:** We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced **HVAC Technician** to join our facility maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across commercial, residential, or industrial properties. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), split units, and duct systems. * Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment including motors, compressors, valves, thermostats, and electrical components. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend repair solutions. * Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and ventilation systems when required. * Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and service reports. * Follow safety standards and facility maintenance procedures at all times. * Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance within facility management or MEP services. * **Education:** Diploma/ITI/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or a related technical field. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures. * Knowledge of refrigerants, brazing, and electrical diagnostics. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * **Preference:** Candidates currently in Qatar/GCC with NOC or transferable visa are preferred. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Accommodation and transportation provided * Health insurance and annual leave benefits * Long\-term career development opportunities**.** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * Can you join Immediately ? * What is your Current Salary ? * What is your Expected Salary ?
