Ensure continuous service availability within a 24/7 shift environment. **IT Operations Officer** **Role Description** We are seeking a proactive IT Operations Officer to manage, monitor, and maintain our core datacenter and IT infrastructure. Operating within a 24/7 shift\-based environment, you will be responsible for real\-time infrastructure monitoring, backup management, incident response, and continuous service availability. **Key Responsibilities** Infrastructure \& Datacenter Monitoring: Monitor mission\-critical servers, applications, and ATM networks using enterprise tools (IT360, AppDynamics, FIS/IST switch). Backup Management: Execute and monitor routine backup operations using Legato Networker; resolve backup job failures and optimize performance. Incident Management \& Escalation: Identify system alerts, troubleshoot operational issues, handle incidents, and escalate complex problems to secondary support teams. Operational Continuity: Maintain accurate operational logs, enforce datacenter security protocols, and support seamless handover across operational shifts. **Experience \& Skills** •Hands\-on experience in IT Operations and Datacenter operations within a shift\-based environment. •Proficiency with monitoring tools: IT360, AppDynamics, and FIS/IST switch ATMs. •Practical experience with Legato Networker (EMC NetWorker) and related enterprise backup software. •Proven track record in IT infrastructure monitoring, alert escalation, incident handling, and hands\-on failure resolution.
