Summary: This role involves comprehensive IT management, including email and cloud infrastructure, network, system, security, and user support, ensuring seamless and secure IT operations. Highlights: 1. Manages email & cloud infrastructure, including Office 365 and Odoo ERP. 2. Administers networks, systems, and provides technical support to end-users. 3. Ensures security, compliance, data backup, and recovery across IT assets. **JOB TITLE: IT SPCIALIST/IT ENGINEER** * **Email and Cloud infrastructure Management:** * Office 365 Administration * Office 365 Exchange center Management * Office 365 SharePoint management * Office 365 Power apps Development \& Maintenance * Microsoft Office 365 Planner management for Various Projects * Domain Management and Hosting of Different Domains * Odoo ERP maintenance and Management * **Network Administration:** * Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure. * Maintain and Manage IP Phones, Firewalls, Wi\-Fi Access points. * Ensure network security and implement measures to safeguard against unauthorized access. * Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution. * **System Administration:** * Administration and support servers (Domain Controller, File server, etc., * Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software. * **User Support:** * Provide technical support to end\-users for hardware and software\-related issues. * Set up and configure workstations, laptops, Printers, Plotters, and mobile devices. * Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices. * **Security and Compliance:** * Implement and maintain door access rights and attendance server (Metrix,Tuya) * Secure and control Social media accounts,domains and cloud hosting assets * Implement and enforce security policies to protect the organization's data. * Implement and Identify virus treat using Professional antivirus database and firewall * Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. * Manage user access and permissions. * **Backup and Recovery:** * Implement and maintain data backup and recovery solutions. * Test and verify backup systems to ensure data integrity. * Develop and update disaster recovery plans. * **Documentation:** * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date documentation for IT system assets and procedures. * Create and update user manuals and technical documentation. * **Collaboration:** * Work closely with HR department for the necessary arrangement of new employees and terminated/resigned employees. * Work closely with other Departments, and vendors for Procurement to ensure seamless IT operations.
