Summary: This role involves meticulous planning, equipment inspection, site setup, team coordination, and rigorous safety enforcement for lifting operations. Highlights: 1. Lead safety enforcement and implement risk controls during operations 2. Conduct thorough equipment inspections and site preparations 3. Coordinate and brief teams on lift plans and hazards * **Plan Verification \& Briefings:** Review lift plans before operations begin, conduct toolbox talks to brief the team on hazards, lift sequences, and tag\-line communication. * **Equipment Inspection:** Check lifting tackle (slings, shackles, hooks) to ensure they are damage\-free, color\-coded, and certified. * **Site Setup:** Ensure proper barricading, ground stability, and safe outrigger extensions for mobile cranes. * **Team Coordination:** Ensure all participating crew members (operators, banksmen, riggers) are competent, authorized, and actively carry valid licenses. * **Safety Enforcement:** Implement risk controls and possess the authority to immediately stop any operation if unsafe practices or environmental conditions arise.
