Negotiate pricing and ensure compliance with Qatar import/export regulations **Location:** Qatar **Industry:** Specialty Coffee Shop \& Restaurant Group **Availability:** **Must be able to join immediately** We are urgently looking for an experienced **Procurement Manager** to oversee and manage the full procurement cycle for our specialty coffee shops and restaurant branches across Qatar. The ideal candidate must have **solid experience in the F\&B and specialty coffee industry in Qatar** and a strong network of suppliers locally and internationally. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the full procurement process for all branches. * Source high‑quality materials, equipment, and consumables for specialty coffee and restaurant operations. * Maintain strong supplier relationships and expand the supplier network. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency. * Ensure compliance with **Qatar import and export regulations**. * Monitor stock levels and maintain **strategic par levels** across all branches. * Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control processes. * Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Branch Managers for smooth supply chain flow. * Analyze cost structures and support menu costing and product pricing. * Utilize ERP systems for procurement, inventory, and reporting. * Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any Business related course * Minimum **3 years of solid experience** in **specialty coffee and restaurant procurement in Qatar**. * Must have a **strong supplier network** in the F\&B and specialty coffee industry. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor‑management skills. * Strong knowledge of **Qatar import/export laws and customs processes**. * Proficient in **ERP systems**, inventory management, ordering, and costing. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Must be **currently in Qatar** and **available to join immediately**.
